Development programs: The site was original developed using SoftQuad's HoTMetaL web development program.  Early in 2002 I began a transfer to MacroMedia's Dreamweaver 4, not due to any dissatisfaction with HoTMetaL but because it is not yet compatible with Windows XP, which I am now using.
