“Choice means freedom. Freedom is a terrible burden, but there is no escaping it.“ Andrew Greeley
Choice is difficult for many of us. Perhaps we have been yelled at, or mocked, for making choices that other people didn’t like. Perhaps we have made poor choices in the past and lived to regret it. Being make to choose can be nerve-wracking. We want to learn to be wise choice-makers but we are not sure where to start.
The odd thing is that being given choice can also be motivational, as lots of research has indicated, and yet, on the flip side, being offered too many changes can cause us to walk away, suffering from overload.
How can we handle that? How can be become confident that we are making wise choices?
Some of the answers are on this website. Others may lie in a free consultation with Coach Diana in which the focus is on you.
